    Guarantee  All Moissanite stones are covered against manufacturer's defects with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.  Stones that have been damaged or broken as a result of carelessness or negligence are not covered by this guarantee.

    If, for any reason, you are not happy with your stone, simply return it to us within 10 days of purchase for a complete refund less shipping & handling charges.

    You must return the piece unworn and undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your online invoice to receive your credit.   You must return the original item in order to receive a replacement for it. If you do not send back the original piece, no refund or replacement will be given. Please be sure to insure your return packages. This guarantee does not cover lost items.

    Authenticity  All Moissanite stones are shipped with a formal Certificate of Authenticity and Warranty from Charles & Colvard -- the exclusive manufacturer of Moissanite.
