Moissanite Mania reserves the right, at any time, to alter,
modify, or update these provisions, and you agree to be bound by
such alterations, modifications, or updates by using this Web
Site. Regular customer service hours are Monday
through Friday – 8:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. MST
Shipping/Tracking Orders:
Three-day delivery is available
upon request and additional charges will apply. International
shipping charges will be charged according to destination. Orders
are shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 7-10 days to
receive your order.
Moissanite Mania makes every attempt to keep
items in stock. Should
the item be out of
stock, you will be
notified by e-mail
during the ordering
process, with the
approximate delivery
time noted.
Return Policy:
All our Moissanite diamonds are covered against manufacturer's
defects with a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (on a gram for gram
exchange basis). Stones that have obviously been damaged or
broken as a result of carelessness or negligence are not covered
by this guarantee.
We offer a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If
for any reason you are not happy with your stone or jewelry
(not including custom pieces) item, simply return it to
us within 10 days of purchase for a complete
refund less shipping & handling charges. Please
note: We must receive your package within 10 days of the date of
receipt in order to process your credit so please ship your
package accordingly.
You must return the piece unworn and
undamaged in its original packaging along with a copy of your
online invoice to receive your credit.
This guarantee does not cover lost items. You
must return the original piece in order to receive a replacement
for it. If you do not send back the original piece, no refund or
replacement will be given. Please be sure to insure your return
packages for the replacement value as we will not be responsible
for items lost or damaged in transit. Please allow up
to 28 days for us to process your return credit.
Moissanite Mania reserves the right to cancel
any order, for any reason, at any time, at our
discretion.
Security:
This site has security measures in
place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our
control.
Warranty:
Moissanite Mania warrants that all
gemstones are free from production defects. Price and availability
information is subject to change without notice.
Except as specifically stated on this Web
Site, neither Moissanite Mania, nor any of its directors and/or
other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or
in connection with the use of this Web Site. This is a
comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages
of all kinds, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct,
indirect or consequential damages, special damages, loss of data,
income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of
third parties.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time with the exception of custom items, for which work has already begun or 5 days have past beyond the day the order was placed for the custom order. However, we are certainly willing to address cancellations for custom items on an individual basis, so please contact us if you have any questions.
